Is XOWii a Scam?

November 24th, 2009

Most Network Marketing business opportunities aren’t scams, you just need to be directed to the correct one and be aligned with the right leadership.

Now, I know what’s going through your mind. “This Sean Libbert guy is  nuts, for sure they are all scams!” Don’t get me wrong here,  I have had my fair share of scams come across my table since being involved with Network Marketing.  Scams DO exist, however 99% of all MLM/Network Marketing Business Opportunities are totally legal.

Often times what makes a Network Marketing business opportunity a scam is the simple fact that you signed up with expectations of getting rich only to realize a month later that you haven’t sponsored anyone.

What does this entail?

Well, it doesn’t necessarily mean that particular Network Marketing opportunity is a scam, it just means that particular opportunity just wasn’t the one for you or perhaps you didn’t put enough effort into it.

Most of the opportunities that are legitimately priced (such as $100.00 to $250 monthly autoship fees) are most likely not the scams out there.

However if you receive a call from a guy asking you for $500 to $1,000 and promising you riches, then you better run for the hills because that sounds like major heat.

So, let’s briefly go over a few red flags of a scam:

  • NO product. This is a HUGE red flag that this is a Pyramid Scheme! You must have a tangible product!
  • Extremely high fees.
  • Product doesn’t line up with the monthly autoship.
  • You got a sales guy from the Boiler Room calling you very pushy to sponsor you.
  • Claims that you will have thousands of people under you and you will have to do nothing.
  • Make it appear as if you don’t have to work the business to achieve success in the company.
  • Promises you huge returns and little to no work involved.

Facts that let you know XOWii is not a Scam:

  • They have a reputable management team with experience.
  • They have solid financial backing.
  • Reasonable cost to get in.
  • Don’t over promise you ridiculous weekly earnings for no effort.
  • Realistic about how many people and points you will need to reach a certain payout.
  • Product is in line with the economy and the market.
  • You can find information about the opportunity online.

Always do YOUR due diligence, your PART, when looking at any kind of MLM Network Marketing business opportunity that requires an out of pocket expense. I have only been in one MLM’ in the past and before that, I thought all MLMs were scams. A good friend was making over $400,000 per year in just 6 short months in my previous MLM before I joined. To me, this was the proof in the pudding that finally allowed me to open my eyes to the success that is easily obtainable through a network marketing opportunity.

And finally, the single most convincing fact that lets me know that XOWii is NOT a scam is that I have achieved the rank of Gold in less than six weeks since the company launched. A gold rank places me at making more income than the average american and this is part-time, passive residual income. It is not easy, it takes hard work and dedication, but the rewards are tremendous and can be achieved quickly. I welcome this opportunity to anyone who is interested and I will gladly show anyone on a personal level how it can be done.
